How membership works
Renewal: £4.99 charged monthly until cancelled. There is no annual plan or minimum commitment. Checkout will show the billing date and recurring amount clearly.
Access: the complete first mystery stays free. Member mysteries require a signed-in account with a paid membership. Saved progress alone does not unlock a member case. Dedicated Android and iPhone apps are coming soon.
Cancellation: use Manage membership to cancel future renewals through Stripe. Member-case access continues until the paid period ends. After that, the first mystery remains free.
Your rights: see the membership terms, cancellation and refund policy and privacy notice. The initial 14-day cancellation offer preserves a full refund of your first payment even if you start playing.
Payments, taxes and currency
The base membership price is £4.99 per month including applicable sales tax. Stripe Managed Payments acts as merchant of record for membership payments and handles applicable sales taxes in its supported jurisdictions. It may offer a local-currency amount; review the currency, recurring total and billing date shown at Checkout before confirming. Your Stripe receipt and subscription details show the agreed payment amount. Availability is subject to Stripe's supported countries and eligibility rules. The Silent Casebook remains responsible for game access and game support. Payment processing also follows the merchant-of-record terms shown at Checkout. Manage future renewals from our membership page or the subscription-management link provided by Stripe. Contact our support email for the initial 14-day refund offer; we will arrange eligible refunds through the payment provider. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
